How Our Classes Work:

At The Booty Cave, our classes are not your typical group workouts , they’re personal training experiences delivered in a small group setting. Each session is intentionally designed to help you get stronger, master your form, and see real results.

We offer two class types: Upper Body and Lower Body, both following a customized 12-week progression program. Every 12 weeks, we introduce a new training cycle to keep your body challenged and your progress moving forward.
Our focus is on:

  • Compound movements that build full-body strength

  • Proper form and technique to maximize results and prevent injury

  • Progressive overload to increase strength and muscle growth over time

This is not a circuit class. Whether you’re just starting or experienced in the gym, our structured programming is tailored to your fitness level. Even the dynamic stretches at the beginning of class are customized to your needs.

Each class runs for 90 minutes, giving you the time and coaching you need to truly develop, not just burn calories. This is about building a stronger you, one phase at a time.

I followed Kim I think in 2020 when she was at the compound to see if it was something I wanted to sign up for and what she was about. Then covid happened and the dynamic of working out changed. After serving 10 years in the Marine Corp, fitness was always my daily routine and with 2 small kids during that time I had to make time to work out at home as well. After I was honorably discharged I still kept up with my fitness but wanted more. Covid happened and I opted for an online trainer and it was just not the same. When I finally messaged Kim it was an instant connection. The motivation/vibe and push you get from all the other girls was exactly what I needed. A place where you can just let everything go and focus on you. Laughter is medicine and we do alot of it here! I am grateful for not only building my strength and body but building a more personable relationship with a person who is more than a trainer and the new bonds built with the girls.  We are constantly challenged physically and mentally. WE LOVE IT HERE!! It really has become a safe space to work out /laugh maybe let out some tears but through that pain you keep pushing and can be yourself and work on your goals. Hi my name is Anelsy Collado - Going from being inactive and having gained over 30lbs, getting back into the gym was intimidating. Finding Haus and Small groups with Kim has been a game changer for me! The energy and motivation cultivated in this environment has driven me back into consistency. Everyone in these groups is working towards their own goals and we’ve all become a support system for each other.  It’s nice being able to see and encourage women at the beginning of their journey and having women further along in their fitness journey that keep us striving, that’s what we get in this setting. Meet your booty coach

Kim Soto

Hi love, I’m Kimberly Soto founder of The Booty Cave, certified personal trainer, and a woman on a mission to help others feel strong, empowered, and worthy from the inside out.

This journey started as a small dream, built with nothing but passion and purpose in my backyard. Fast forward ten years later, and I’m now standing inside the new Booty Cave, a space built entirely for women, by a woman who truly gets it. This isn’t just a gym. It’s a sisterhood. A sanctuary. A place where transformation happens physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My mission is personal. I lost my mom to cosmetic surgery, and that pain changed me forever. She struggled with self-worth, constantly battling what society told her she should be. Watching her go through that broke me and also built me. I became the woman she needed back then. And now, I show up for every woman who walks through my doors with one goal: to help her see her value doesn’t come from how she looks, but from who she is.

I’m a proud graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, with over a decade of experience working with women from all walks of life. From beginners to seasoned lifters, busy moms to boss women, I’ve helped countless clients heal, grow, and reach new levels of strength, especially those managing injuries or limitations. I always meet my clients where they’re at, making sure movements are tailored to their bodies and their goals.

And let’s talk about glutes because yes, I’m passionate about building strong booties! Not just for the aesthetic (though we love a round, plump peach), but because glutes save lives. Strong glutes protect your knees, hips, and lower back. They support your posture, prevent injuries, and boost performance in every part of your life. A strong booty isn’t just a flex, it’s a foundation.

At The Booty Cave, I use strength training as a tool to help women reconnect with themselves. We build more than just muscle here, we build confidence, resilience, and self-worth. Whether you’ve been lifting for years or you’re just getting started, I got you, babe. This is a safe space where you’ll feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
